Erdnase go round back of hand stall

hey guys
I'll make this quick erdnase go round...Any help? i can never catch the packet on the back of my hand any tips you would like to share?

Um, watch the height (Not too high), watch the rotation (not too fast), aim for the fingers (Not the back of the palm), and finally try to "soften" the fall as much as possible.

Thats all I got.
