Like a giant fan? It's quite simply really. Just weave half the deck together and do a thumb fan with the bottom half.

Feel free to experiment with different positions of the cards after you weave them also. For example, cocking the top row of cards back by an angle, then fanning, will give you something quite nice. Offsetting the cards about an inch back will also give you a different type of fan.
