Try to work on everything a bit more, just to make it smoother. You need to work on your fan and your charlier's Other than that I thought it was good

Why the bad video?

Take it down for obvious reasons. Saying, " i practiced alot b4 makin that vid." Makes you seem very smart. You have to be practicing for months, if not years to be good.. How do you think the Bucks did it. Did they just, "practice alot b4 makin that vid."
