What is the card effect called where a cartoon deck is drawn on the back of the card and the selection visually rises from the cartoon image?

Does anyone have it and recommend it?

Cheers

I think you are thinking of "Card Toon" by Dan Harlan.
It's a good trick. It was the hot item several years ago but hardly anybody does it now. Probably a good time to pull it out and perform it.

Do you mean "Visual Card Rise" by Ron Jason? I believe there are many different versions of this particular effect from close up to stage (cardiographic) but the one I use is VCR. It has some lighting issues in my opinion but is a very powerful effect. Its actually collecting dust in my closet at the moment so it is not something I would recommend. However! The stage cardiographic by Martin Lewis gets my full recomendations! Here is a link to double check if it is correct http://www.heyprestomagic.com.au/ezimerchant/prod1020.htm but I have never heard of that site, I just googled it (Got it at my local magic shop).

Hello everyone.

I was just browsing around on line searching for any mention of my name or the tricks I have on the market and found this discussion.

When I read this thread and went to the link provided for me trick "Visual Card Rise". The price that site is selling it for is ridiculously high. They could at least spelled my name right. (it's Jaxon not Jason). Makes me wonder if they are selling a copycat item.

So I hope I'll be able to stop any of you from spending that outrageous price for it. It's available on my site magicjax.com for only $15 and it's now an instant download. So save your money.

I hope I was able to help someone. I can't believe that price. Even my original release was less then half that.
