I've been looking into these two books and they seem awefully similar, heck they even look similar, so what are their similarities? Differences? WHich one is the better buy? More bang for the buck? (although they are both pretty cheap)

I'm already fairly into card magic and was looking into buying this for money, rope, and so on, types of magic.

my first book was Mark's Complete Course. Heck, I still reread it to this day. I've never looked into the other but from the title, it looks to be the same.. idk.. anyone else?

1. Mark Wilson's Cyclopedia of Magic: A Complete Course (Paperback) (http://www.amazon.com/Mark-Wilsons-Cyclopedia-Magic-Complete/dp/1561386138/ref=pd_sim_b_title_5)

2. Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic (Paperback) (http://www.amazon.com/Mark-Wilsons-Complete-Course-Magic/dp/0762414553/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_b)

These books are the same. #1 is the newest edition, whereas #2., is the older edition. They are the same book, just different prints. Anyway, I've read this book and it has very good sections on card magic and other things. I do suggest that you get it. Peace!

Ok, but why is the newer version cheaper then? And so that means they have exactly the same information?

Not necessarily.

One of them is a "pocket" edition and is only about 5 inches tall. The other is a full size book. I do not know if the pocket edition is a full reprint or not (it may very well be) but that is the difference between the two.

Oh I get it now, thanks!
