In order to conserve a limited quantity, only 250 Brown Wynn Decks are available during each release window. In most cases, the 250 Wynn Decks sell out in a few minutes -- when the release window is subsequently closed. The quantities for the Brown Wynn's, thereafter, reset during the next release window.

It's a first come, first served basis.

It would be impossible to do release them forever. Since there is only a very limited amount of the Brown Wynns they will most likely release them every Friday, until their stock becomes low.

How many Brown Wynn decks do they have? No one quite knows for sure so, if you want to purchase more I suggest getting them as soon as possible since you never really know.
