It looks like he did try to handle his issue via PM, but got no reply, so he turned to the public forum not to bring the issue up, but rather to let the receipient know that he was still waiting for a response. I do agree that by now it's buried or deleted, so sending again would be a good idea, but at least now JB may be looking for the PM...

I have never had a problem getting replies from JB through the PM system. I would suggest you send it to him again. If it was general in nature and related to T11 I would copy Jon Raiker (jonraiker)on the PM as well. I am sure these guys get flooded with PM's on a daily basis so it is very possible that yours was simply lost or overlooked by accident.

Resend it. he's a busy dude, so he must get a fair few a day. PM's, messages and emails can also be lost relatively easily unfortunately. Just give it another shot.
