My Suggestion for Theory11

How about a beginner section,and an Off topic section? This way people who have beginner questions or off topic random won't have to make so many threads.Theres already 5 pages and its only been four days its getting really tough to get around.I think this will be a really good improvement to theory11 and will get more posters here.
