Why can't I watch the 1-on-1 videos?

is is it just me or is it that on the 1 on 1 section of this site, you cant watch the tricks. the play icons are in the upper corner instead of in the middle so when i click on it, i can hear it but the video screen is black. any help?

I just played the 1-on-1 video trailers, and they work fine for me.

It may depend on the Internet browser you are using -- I'm use both Firefox (www.mozilla.com) and Internet Explorer. You can try both of those, and if they don't work, try Safari (www.apple.com/safari).

In addition, make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (http://www.adobe.com/).

If all else fails, feel free to ask any additional questions, or submit a support ticket (http://www.theory11.com/support).

I use internet explorer, and I get the same thing that you do from time to time. However, most of the time I'm able to watch them without a problem. Maybe it's got something to do with the bandwidth of the site and the amount of members logged in? I've got no clue. I'm not exactly knowledgable about these kinds of things.
